These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and 680ph governing access to and use of our online casino platform, all games, promotions, and related services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and 680ph. By clicking "Register," "Create Account," or any equivalent registration action, or by logging in to an existing 680ph Account, you conclusively confirm that:
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with 680ph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 680ph. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule or promotion term, the specific game rule or promotion term shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
2.3 If you access 680ph on behalf of a third party or legal entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms.
3.1 To be eligible to register for and use a 680ph Account, you must:
3.2 680ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence including government-issued Philippine identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time of a request constitutes grounds for account suspension.
4.1 Each individual may register only one Account on 680ph. Multiple accounts held by the same person, whether under the same or different names, are prohibited. Upon detection of multiple accounts attributable to the same individual, 680ph will suspend all such accounts, consolidate or forfeit associated balances at its discretion, and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
4.2 During registration, you must provide your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID), date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and agree to promptly notify 680ph of any changes to your registration details.
4.3 You may not register a 680ph Account using a name, mobile number, or other identifying detail belonging to another person. Impersonating another individual during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate termination and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.4 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your 680ph Account or any balance or Bonus Credits therein to any third party.
4.5 680ph will verify your mobile number via OTP (one-time password) during registration. Your registered mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and the channel for security communications. You are responsible for ensuring that your registered mobile number remains current and accessible.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 680ph account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 You agree to notify 680ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised. 680ph Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and at [email protected].
5.3 680ph will never ask you for your account password via email, SMS, or any channel other than the official Platform login interface. Any communication purportedly from 680ph requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
5.4 All gaming activity and transactions conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, are your responsibility until you have notified 680ph of unauthorized access and we have confirmed receipt of that notification. 680ph accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
5.5 680ph implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, OTP two-factor authentication for sensitive actions, and automated fraud detection systems. These security measures are in addition to, not a substitute for, your own account security obligations.
6.1 Deposits to your 680ph Wallet may be made using the approved payment methods currently supported by the Platform, which include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change at 680ph's discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.
6.2 All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and QR Ph, and ₱200 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits may apply as specified on the deposit page or as required by PAGCOR AML regulations.
6.3 You warrant that all funds deposited into your 680ph Wallet originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment instrument used. 680ph will not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments not registered in your name.
6.4 680ph does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, over which 680ph has no control.
6.5 Deposits made in error must be reported to 680ph Support immediately. 680ph will make reasonable efforts to investigate and reverse erroneous deposits, but accepts no liability for losses arising from delays in reporting or from funds already wagered prior to the report.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Account Holders whose accounts have successfully completed KYC identity verification. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. First-time KYC verification is typically completed within 1–2 hours of document submission during operating hours.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the provisions of Clause 7.3.
7.3 680ph processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes for verified accounts: GCash and Maya — 5 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank via InstaPay — 15 to 60 minutes. Timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts requiring additional verification.
7.4 Real Money Balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to these terms. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable — only real money winnings generated through wagering activity using Bonus Credits that have met the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
7.5 680ph reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending verification, fraud investigation, or AML compliance review. In such circumstances, 680ph will notify the Account Holder and provide a reasonable estimated resolution timeline.
8.1 680ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms which are published at the time of offer and form part of this Agreement.
8.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, all Bonus Credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus expiry period specified in the individual promotion terms — typically 14 days from the date the Bonus Credit is awarded.
8.3 Bonus Credits are awarded for entertainment purposes and do not represent real money. They cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash directly. Only real money winnings generated through qualified wagering of Bonus Credits that have met all requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
8.4 Promotions are intended for personal entertainment only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating bet patterns with other players to guarantee returns regardless of outcome, or any form of bonus abuse, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and may result in permanent banning from the Platform.
8.5 680ph reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already claimed before modification are honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.
9.1 All casino games available on 680ph use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are certified by accredited independent testing laboratories and are available for review within each game's information panel. PAGCOR licensing requires ongoing RNG certification and 680ph complies fully with this requirement.
9.2 Live dealer games operate with real dealers, real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.), and are streamed in real-time via Playtech Live infrastructure. Live game outcomes are determined by physical processes and are not controllable by software. Video recordings of all live sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, 680ph's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive reference. Where a malfunction renders a game round void, any bets placed for that round will be returned to the player's Wallet. 680ph accepts no liability for losses claimed to result from technical issues on the player's device or internet connection.
9.4 Bets placed and accepted by the platform's servers are binding. Cancellations of accepted bets are not permitted except where explicitly provided for in the specific game's rules (e.g., certain pre-match sports betting markets).
9.5 Odds, lines, and markets for sports betting products are set by 680ph at its sole discretion and may be changed at any time up to the acceptance of a bet. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system, regardless of subsequent market movements.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement:
11.1 Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your 680ph Account at any time by contacting Support. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules, and your remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.2 Closure by 680ph: 680ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent or prohibited conduct, regulatory obligations, ongoing AML investigation, or material misrepresentation by the Account Holder.
11.3 Upon termination for breach, 680ph reserves the right to withhold Real Money Balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, Real Money Balance may be forfeited to the extent reasonably necessary to compensate 680ph for actual losses or costs arising from the breach. Any remaining balance following such set-off will be returned to the Account Holder.
11.4 Self-Exclusion closures (see Clause 12) are governed by separate procedures designed to support responsible gaming and may not be reversed before the elected exclusion period has expired.
12.1 680ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Online gambling is a form of entertainment and should remain so. 680ph provides the following tools, accessible via your Account dashboard settings:
12.2 680ph strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and conducts mandatory KYC identity verification before processing withdrawals. 680ph takes reasonable steps to prevent gambling by individuals who have self-excluded, though players retain the primary responsibility not to attempt access during a self-exclusion period.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 680ph's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real money amount deposited by that Account Holder in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date the relevant claim arose.
13.2 680ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of 680ph services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 680ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 680ph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free platform access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may temporarily restrict access. 680ph will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruption and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 680ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
14.1 All content on the 680ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, game content (as licensed from third-party studios), graphics, logos, text, and trademarks — is the property of 680ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
14.3 The 680ph name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 680ph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 680ph services shall first be submitted to 680ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting Support at [email protected]. 680ph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt.
15.3 Disputes not resolved through the internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. PAGCOR's determination on matters within its regulatory remit is final and binding on both parties.
15.4 For any matter outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
16.1 680ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account Holders via SMS to the registered mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Your continued use of 680ph services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using 680ph services and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.
